This study was aimed at determining the level of job satisfaction and its influential factors in family physician team members in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. Methods: In this this descriptive-analytical study, 106 physicians and midwives of family physician team were randomly selected and questioned. In this study, job satisfaction questionnaire (JSS) with 5 point Likert scale was used. In addition, respondents were asked to rate their overall satisfaction with the family physician program on a scale of 20. Data were analyzed with SPSS software. Results: More than half of family physicians (51.9%) were female. The majority of subjects (71%) aged between 25 to 36 years. Mean age of family physicians and midwives was 34.9 ± 6.4 and 32.8 ± 3.5 years respectively. The average work experience in family physicians was 48 months and 69.9 months in midwifes. The mean satisfaction score in all family physician members was 13.3 (4.1), while this score in physicians was 11.9 (4.4) and in midwives was 14.8 (3.3) that showed a significant difference between them (P < 0.001). Physicians had the highest level of satisfaction with workload and expressed the lowest satisfaction with the salary and fringe benefits. Midwives also expressed the highest level of satisfaction with cooperation and communication, and were least satisfied with salary and fringe benefits. Student t test showed a significant correlation between overall satisfaction and gender (P = 0.04), so that women were more satisfied. However, there was no significant relationship between general satisfaction and age, marital status, work experience and number of population covered (P = 0.35). Conclusion: The findings of current study indicated that satisfaction of family physician team members from salary and management is low. It is essential for higher authorities of government and university to pay full attention to promote their job satisfaction.}, keywords = {Family Physicians,Health Care Team,Job satisfaction,Salaries and Fringe Benefits}, title_fa = {آیا برنامه پزشک خانواده در ایران توانسته رضایت اعضای تیم سلامت را تأمین کند: مطالعه‌ای از دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد}, abstract_fa = {پیش‌زمینه: رضایتمندی اعضای تیم سلامت از برنامه پزشک خانواده یکی از مؤلفه‌های مهم در اجرای این برنامه بوده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان رضایتمندی پزشکان و ماماهای تیم سلامت از اجرای برنامه پزشک خانواده و شناسایی برخی از عوامل موثر بر آن در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد انجام شد. روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی، 106 نفر از پزشکان و ماماهای تیم سلامت به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب و مورد پرسشگری قرار گرفتند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه استاندارد رضایت شغلیJob Satisfaction Survey (JSS) با مقیاس لیکرت 5 رتبه‌ای استفاده شد. به علاوه از پرسش‌شوندگان خواسته شد، میزان رضایت کلی خود را از برنامه پزشک خانواده با یک مقیاس 20 نمره‌ای اعلام نمایند. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم افزار  SPSS انجام پذیرفت. یافته‌ها: بیش از نیمی از پزشکان خانواده (51.9%) مؤنث بودند. سن اکثریت افراد مورد مطالعه (71%) بین 25 تا 36 سال بود. میانگین سنی پزشکان 6.4 ± 34.9 و ماماها 3.5 ± 32.8 سال بود. میانگین سابقه کار پزشکان خانواده در برنامه پزشک خانواده 48 ماه و برای ماماها 69.9 ماه بود. میزان رضایت کلی شاغلین در برنامه پزشک خانواده 4.1 ± 13.3 و به تفکیک در پزشکان 4.4 ± 11.9 و ماماها 3.3 ± 14.8 بود که اختلاف آن از لحاظ آماری معنادار بود (0.001 > P). پزشکان بالاترین میزان رضایت را از حجم کار و کمترین رضایت را از حقوق و مزایای پرداختی ابراز کردند. ماماها نیز بالاترین میانگین رضایت را از حیطه همکاران و ارتباطات و کمترین رضایت را از حقوق و مزایای پرداختی داشتند. پس از آنالیز تی مستقل مشخص شد، بین رضایت کلی و جنسیت ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد (0.04 = P)، به طوری که زنان نسبت به مردان از رضایت بیشتری نسبت به برنامه پزشک خانواده برخوردار بودند. ولی بین رضایت از برنامه با سن، تأهل، سابقه کاری در برنامه و تعداد جمعیت تحت پوشش ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (0.35 = P). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه نتایج پژوهش که حاکی از پایین بودن  رضایت اعضای تیم سلامت از حیطه حقوق و مزایا و مدیریت می باشد، می‌بایست تلاش‌های گسترده‌ای توسط مسئولان کشوری و دانشگاهی برنامه جهت بهبود رضایت اعضای تیم سلامت انجام پذیرد.}, keywords_fa = {پزشک خانواده,تیم سلامت,رضایت شغلی,حقوق و مزایا}, url = {https://jmmc.mums.ac.ir/article_2950.html}, eprint = {https://jmmc.mums.ac.ir/article_2950_fcafad5c767ed66f1275bbcc1f764764.pdf} }
