This study aimed to investigate the drug prescription pattern in Iranian rural family physician program in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. Methods: In this descriptive analytical study, 14189 drug prescriptions issued in 152 rural health centers under the supervision of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences related to the year 2014 were randomly selected. Indicators including price, number of medicines per prescription, percentage of prescriptions containing at least one injectable drug, antibiotic, corticosteroid and differences according to the physicians’ work experience, type of pharmacy (public or private), patients’ gender and physicians’ gender were assessed. Results: Mean number of medicines per prescription was 3.18 ± 1.28. Mean number of medicines per prescription was 3.15 ± 1.18 for male patients and was 3.2 ± 1.28 for female patients, which their difference was statistically significant (P = 0.01). Frequency of prescriptions containing at least one injectable drug, antibiotic or corticosteroid were 39.5%, 50.8% or 23.7%, respectively. Based on the work experience, physicians with low experience, prescribed more injectable drugs and antibiotics. Mean price of prescription prescribed by female physicians was significantly higher than male physicians (78,472 ± 59,923 IRR (2.24 ± 1.71 US$) vs. 76,205 ± 58,262 IRR (2.18 ± 1.6 US$); P = 0.009). Conclusion: Mean number of medicines per prescription in the operating healthcare units of family physician program under supervision of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences was higher than country goal and international standards. Therefore, it is necessary to initiate special educational programs for physicians, and also to monitor the operating healthcare units of family physician program by designing surveillance programs on prescribing patterns.}, keywords = {Drug Prescriptions,Family Physician,Iran,Rational Use of Medicine}, title_fa = {ارزیابی وضعیت تجویز دارو بر مبنای شاخصهای سازمان جهانی بهداشت در برنامه پزشک خانواده در استان خراسان رضوی، ایران}, abstract_fa = {پیش‌زمینه: تجویز منطقی دارو و گام نهادن به سوی جامعه‌ای با مصرف مناسب، بی‌خطر و کارآمد دارو، از محورهای اصلی توصیه‌های سازمان بهداشت جهانی است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی وضعیت تجویز دارو در برنامه پزشک خانواده روستایی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد انجام گردید. روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی، تعداد 14189 نسخه دارویی بیمه روستایی در 152 مرکز بهداشتی درمانی مجری برنامه پزشک خانواده تحت نظر دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد در سال 1393 به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب و شاخص‌های قیمت، تعداد اقلام هر نسخه، درصد نسخ حاوی حداقل یک قلم داروی تزریقی، آنتی‌بیوتیک، کورتیکواستروئید و تفاوت آن‌ها براساس سابقه کار پزشکان، نوع داروخانه، جنسیت بیماران و پزشکان بررسی گردید. یافته ها: میانگین اقلام دارویی تجویزشده توسط پزشکان خانواده 1.28 ± 3.18 قلم در هر نسخه بود. میانگین تعداد اقلام دارویی تجویز شده در هر نسخه برای بیماران مرد 1.18 ± 3.15 و برای بیماران زن 1.28 ± 3.2 بود که اختلاف آنها از لحاظ آماری معنی‌دار بود (0.01 =P ). فروانی نسخ حاوی حداقل یک قلم داروی تزریقی، آنتی‌بیوتیک یا کورتیکواستروئید به ترتیب 39.5%، 50.8% و 23.7% بود. بر اساس میزان سابقه کاری، پزشکان کم‌سابقه به میزان بیشتری داروهای آنتی‌بیوتیک و تزریقی تجویز نمودند. میانگین قیمت نسخ تجویزی توسط پزشکان مرد 58262 ± 76205 ریال و پزشکان زن 59923 ± 78472 ریال بود که اختلاف آنها از لحاظ آماری معنی‌دار بود (0.009 =P ). نتیجه‌گیری: میانگین تعداد اقلام تجویزی به ازای هر نسخه در واحدهای مجری برنامه پزشک خانواده تحت نظر دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد نسبت به هدف‌گذاری کشوری برنامه پزشک خانواده و استاندارد جهانی بالاتر بود. بنابراین ضروری است برنامه‌های آموزشی ویژه‌ای برای پزشکان اجرا شود و همچنین با طراحی برنامه‌های پایش الگوی تجویز دارو، بر عملکرد مراکز بهداشتی درمانی مجری برنامه پزشک خانواده نظارت شود.  }, keywords_fa = {نسخه نویسی,پزشک خانواده,ایران,تجویز منطقی دارو}, url = {https://jmmc.mums.ac.ir/article_6161.html}, eprint = {https://jmmc.mums.ac.ir/article_6161_33ed8dae028e0a788418c4e1b2fb060e.pdf} }
