The learning resources at each level of education are reduced and forgotten over time. As technology progresses, a new volume of information is also added to different sciences each day. Therefore, given the challenges faced by participants in attendance education, non-attendance education is unavoidable. Regarding the importance of re-education of medical community groups and the importance of non-attendance courses, the aim of this study was to review the three-year non-attendance re-education program presented by the Medical Re-Education Council of Mashhad (2014-2016). Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out on non-attendance re-education programs presented by Mashhad Medical Council during 2014-2016. The collected data included the proposed programs, year of holding, target groups and participants. In this study, the number of participants in each program was reviewed in different years. The current study data were analyzed in Excel 2013 software. Results: Most of the re-education programs developed and presented in 2016 were six non-attendance re-education programs, and the lowest of these programs were two non-attendance re-education programs in 2014. A total of 13218 people participated in non-attendance re-education programs during the years 2014-2016. The highest number of participants was in 2016 (9247 people) and the lowest was in 2014 (194 people). Most participants in non-attendance re-education programs were in general medical education (34.5%), pharmacy (25.8%) and general dentistry (21%), and fewer participants were in radiotherapy (0.04%), endocrine glands and metabolism (0.04%), emergency medicine (0.05%) and nuclear medicine (0.07%). Applicants of re-education programs participated mostly in biotechnology programs (45.4%), biological products (40.3%), and familiarity with diabetes and treatment (8.5%). Conclusions: Organizational support in order to increase access to information and communication is a necessity—continuous education is one of such factors. Other topics such as health management, drug interactions and their side effects, ethics and addiction should be included in re-education programs. In addition to conventional methods, the use of new technologies and social media is essential in order to improve re-education methods—such as e-learning and the use of smart devices.}, keywords = {Continuing Education,Re-Education,Medical Council,Mashhad}, title_fa = {بررسی سه ساله برنامه‌های غیر حضوری ارائه شده توسط واحد بازآموزی سازمان نظام پزشکی مشهد (95-1393)}, abstract_fa = {پیش‌زمینه: آموزش مداوم یک روش مؤثر یادگیری است و آموزش مداوم جامعه پزشکی، یک عنصر کلیدی در افزایش دانش، مهارت، کیفیت و اثربخشی سیستم بهداشتی-درمانی و ارتقای شایستگی حرفه‌ای است. اندوخته‌های یادگیری در هر سطحی از آموزش با گذشت زمان دچار کاهش و فراموشی می‌شود و همچنین، با پیشرفت تکنولوژی حجم جدیدی از اطلاعات نیز هر روز به علوم مختلف افزوده می‌شود لذا با توجه به مشکلاتی که در آموزش حضوری برای شرکت‌کنندگان وجود دارد، آموزش غیرحضوری امری غیر‌قابل‌اجتناب است. با توجه به اهمیت بازآموزی گروه‌های جامعه پزشکی و اهمیت دوره‌های غیرحضوری، هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی سه ساله برنامه‌های بازآموزی غیرحضوری ارائه شده توسط واحد بازآموزی سازمان نظام پزشکی مشهد (95-1393) بود. روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی بر روی برنامه‌های بازآموزی غیرحضوری ارائه شده توسط سازمان نظام مشهد در سال‌های 95-1393 انجام شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده شامل برنامه‌های ارائه شده، سال برگزاری، گروه‌های هدف و شرکت‌کنندگان بود. در این مطالعه تعداد شرکت‌کنندگان در هر برنامه در سال‌های مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده‌های مطالعه کنونی در نرم‌افزار Excel نسخه 2013 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: بیشترین برنامه‌های بازآموزی تدوین و ارائه شده در سال 1395 (6 برنامه بازآموزی غیرحضوری) و کمترین آن در سال 1393 (دو برنامه بازآموزی غیرحضوری) بود. در مجموع 13218 نفر در سالهای 95-1393 در برنامه‌های بازآموزی غیرحضوری شرکت کردند. بیشترین تعداد شرکت‌کننده در سال 1395 (9247 نفر) و کمترین در سال 1393 (194 نفر) بود. بیشترین شرکت‌کنندگان در دوره‌های بازآموزی غیرحضوری در رشته‌های پزشکی عمومی (34/5 %)، داروسازی (25/8 %) و دندانپزشکی عمومی (21 %) و کمترین در رشته‌های پرتو درمانی (0/04 %)، غدد درون‌ریز و متابولیسم (40 %)، طب اورژانس (0/05 %) و پزشکی هسته‌ای (0/07 %) بود. مشمولین برنامه‌های بازآموزی بیشتر در برنامه‌های بیوتکنولوژی (45/4 %)، فرآورده‌های بیولوژیک (40/3 %) و آشنایی با انواع دیابت و درمان (8/5 %) شرکت کردند. نتیجه‌گیری: حمایت سازمانی به منظور افزایش دسترسی به اطلاعات و ارتباطات لازم است که آموزش مداوم نیز از جمله این موارد است. در برنامه‌های بازآموزی باید موضوعات دیگری مانند مدیریت سلامت، تداخلات دارویی و عوارض جانبی آن‌ها، اخلاقیات و اعتیاد گنجانده شود. علاوه بر روش‌های مرسوم، بهره‌گیری از فنآوری‌های جدید و رسانه‌های اجتماعی به منظور پیشرفت روش‌های بازآموزی (مانند یادگیری الکترونیکی و استفاده از دستگاه‌های هوشمند) ضروری است.}, keywords_fa = {کلید واژه‌ها: آموزش مداوم,بازآموزی,سازمان نظام پزشکی,مشهد}, url = {https://jmmc.mums.ac.ir/article_9146.html}, eprint = {https://jmmc.mums.ac.ir/article_9146_3ad98d6be09e34929e999216c3111401.pdf} }
