The types of disaster are natural disaster including earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, floods, and man-made disasters such as war and terrorism. Over the past 20 years, natural disasters have affected at least 800 million people and caused over 3 million deaths. Poor engineering, improper safety practices, or simple human error can cause technological disasters. Many challenges that emergency responders potentially face are identification of the nature of the hazardous materials, evacuation of people after disasters, giving appropriate medical care for victims, and protecting emergency responders against dangers. Todays, the aims of disasters prevention are disaster planning, prevention, and mitigation. The medical and public health response to a disaster can be in "micro" (the level of patient care) or "macro" (the level of public and governmental authorities). Twenty-one medical and public health practices were considered important in disaster planning at the local level: medical needs assessment, health surveillance and epidemiology, identification of medical and health resources, medical transportation, patient distribution and evacuation, pre-hospital emergency services, hospital emergency services, in-hospital care, out-of-hospital care, temporary field treatment, food safety, management of hazardous agent exposure, mental health, medical and public health information, vector control, potable water, waste management, communicable disease control, animal control, coroner and mortuary services and finally care and shelter. Adequate knowledge and experience to respond effectively to medical emergencies during a disaster are essential.}, keywords = {Disasters,Disaster Planning,Public health,Relief Work}, title_fa = {بررسی انواع بحران و پاسخ مناسب سیستم بهداشتی به آنها}, abstract_fa = {بحران‌ها وقایع مخربی هستند که نیاز به کمک‌های اورژانس گسترده جهت تأمین سلامت و بقای جمعیت مصیبت‌دیده را ضروری می‌سازند. انواع بحران شامل طبیعی (زلزله، آتشفشان، گردباد، سیل) و ساخته دست بشر یا تکنولوژیکال (جنگ و تروریسم) می‌باشد. بلایای طبیعی طی 20 سال اخیر حداقل بر 800 میلیون نفر اثر گذاشته‌اند و منجر به بیش از سه میلیون مرگ شده‌اند. بلایای تکنولوژیک شامل انفجار، آتش‌سوزی، تصادف، نشت مواد رادیولوژیک یا شیمیایی می‌باشند و معمولاً در نتیجه‌ی مدیریت ضعیف، ابزارهای حفاظتی نامناسب و خطاهای انسانی رخ می‌دهند. مشکلات پیش روی مدیریت اینگونه بحرانها شامل شناسایی مواد خطرزا، تخلیه محل از شهروندان بعد از حادثه، فراهم‌کردن مراقبت‌های پزشکی برای قربانیان و محافظت از مواجهه با مواد خطرزا می‌باشد امروزه هدف از پیشگیری از بحرانها شامل سه موضوع آمادگی برای حوادث، پیشگیری از وقوع حوادث و کاهش دادن اثرات آنها در هنگام وقوع می‌باشد. پاسخ به بحرانها در 2 سطح خرد که شامل عملیات درمان و مراقبت بیماران می باشد و کلان که شامل فعالیتهای نهادهای دولتی می باشد، تعریف می‌شود. 21 عملکرد پزشکی و بهداشتی در سطح محلی برای برنامه‌ریزی در بحران‌ها ضروری دانسته شده‌اند: ارزیابی نیازهای پزشکی، مراقبت سلامت و اپیدمیولوژی، شناسایی منابع پزشکی و سلامت، حمل و نقل پزشکی، توزیع وتخلیه  بیماران، خدمات اورژانس پیش از بیمارستان، خدمات اورژانس بیمارستانی، مراقبت داخل بیمارستانی، مراقبت خارج بیمارستانی، درمان موقتی در سرصحنه، امنیت غذایی، مدیریت برخورد با عوامل بالقوه خطرزا، سلامت روانی، اطلاعات پزشکی و بهداشت عمومی، کنترل حامل، فراهم‌کردن آب آشامیدنی، مدیریت فاضلاب، کنترل بیماریهای واگیر، کنترل حیوانات، پزشکی قانونی و دفن اجساد، مراقبت و سرپناه. دانش و تجربه کافی برای پاسخ مؤثر به اورژانسهای پزشکی و بهداشتی در زمان وقوع بلایا امری ضروری است.}, keywords_fa = {بحران‌ها,مدیریت بحران,سلامت عمومی,امدادرسانی}, url = {https://jmmc.mums.ac.ir/article_3952.html}, eprint = {https://jmmc.mums.ac.ir/article_3952_05d0fbf30707119ccb71a11765e7f93e.pdf} }
